If I have not yet paid my early bird registration fees, when are they due?
Early bird registration ($650) ended February 29, and payment was due by August 3, 2020. If payment was not received by August 3, 2020, your registration was canceled, and you will need to re-register under the general registration fee of $700 for members and $750 for non-members. We have eliminated the late registration fee this year.
I canceled my early bird registration and now I would like to attend the virtual conference. Can I reactivate my canceled registration or re-register under the early bird registration fee?
Unfortunately, we cannot reactivate canceled registrations. Users must re-register at the current registration price of $700 for members and $750 for non-members.

What platform will be used and how will I access the virtual conference?
The 2020 Virtual Leadership Conference will be held on NCA Engage and all conference attendees must have an NCA Engage account. Each conference attendee requires a separate registration, just as with an in-person conference. Access to conference sessions is restricted to registrants on a per-account basis. Attendees will be unable to access the sessions from the same account simultaneously on different devices.
Please make sure your conference registration email address match the email address used for NCA Engage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to update your registration email address.
How do I sign up for an NCA Engage account?
Please visit NCA Engage Getting Started page for step-by-step instructions to request an NCA Engage account. The account request form will include a field that asks for an Organizational ID number. The Organizational ID number will inform us that the person signing into NCA Engage is employed at or partnered with a member organization. Please email email@example.com if you need your Organizational ID.
If you are not employed at or partnered with a member organization, please enter LC2020 as your Organizational ID for non-member access to NCA Engage. Non-member access will provide access to the virtual Leadership Conference.

Can I charge my Virtual Leadership Conference registration to my NCA grant?
Yes, but be sure to check in with your Program Associate in case a budget modification request (BMR) is needed in the event that you are adding or removing attendees from your original budget. Please be mindful that a certificate of attendance will be required with your final report submission to receive reimbursement for the registration fee. The certificate must indicate that sessions were successfully attended. If you have purchased airline tickets to attend the Leadership Conference, which are not refundable, please contact your Program Associate so that they can guide you through the process.
Are grantees required to attend the virtual Leadership Conference?
Yes, since the conference has moved to a virtual format, all grantees are required to appoint at a minimum one representative to attend. Please see details below under Grantee Attendance Requirement.
What is the minimum number of attended sessions required to submit the registration cost as part of my NCA grant report?
Grantees or grant-funded attendees must attend one session during each concurrent session. The virtual conference consist of six concurrent sessions, and grantees must attend at least six workshops and complete the workshop evaluation for each. Please contact your assigned Program Associate if you have further questions or concerns.
Do grantees need to complete their workshops and workshop evaluations by a specific date?
Grantees usually start to prep for their final report submission in late December and will need attendee certificates to upload with their report in January 2021. Knowing this, grantees should plan accordingly by having their grant-funded attendees complete their sessions and evaluations in enough time to collect certificates. In order for the expense to be approved, the grantee need to attend at a minimum six sessions and upload their certificate of attendance with their final grant report. Please contact your assigned Program Associate if you have further questions or concerns.
